This is happening way too much now. I go into create a new post and FEATURED IMAGE is missing from the right hand menu. This means I have to go and find a plugin that can handle featured images in the admin panel. I know its the theme doing this. How do we correct this problem.
did you toggle the visibility from the top panel in post edit view? basic feature of wordpress to show and hide items on right side menu. mine is working just fine.
Yes nothing is there. This has happened before. They claimed it was because of my hosting provider but that was not the case. I am on a light speed server this should not be happening but here we are.

Please let me know if you have made any updates recently. Additionally, if the issue has been investigated before and the problem was discovered, you could try another server/host to see if the problem persists
