The featured images are not showing on the single post page. I have selected the default post template in the panel and clicked the “show featured images” to on. How do I get the featured images to show up?

Hello,
This issue is most of the time caused by plugin conflicts. Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then check your featured images again.

IF can also try activate the main theme if you have a child theme active. On old and not updated child theme can also cause issues.

Please check if you have not disabled the images from the theme panel.
@Olak Your problem is very different. Your images cannot be found in the specified path, that is why you get the small icon . Please make sure you have the specific images in the original path. If not, please add your images again in the media library.

There is no child theme and the show featured image is clicked on.
I just noticed that the option to “show featured images” in the theme panel does not stay selected. I save the option then when I go back to the site later the option is in the off position. Might be a clue to what is happening.Thanks! If you need wp-admin access let me know.

@mlgallant Well if the option does not stay selected, that is the reason you do not see featured images. Please try to clear your cache after you change the setting and make use you increase the system status parameters according to this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If you still cannot get the option to stay selected, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can inspect it. Please re upload your images in the media library. edit a post and remove the featured image that does not show up and upload it again. Do the same for the logo and your ad in the header. http://screencast.com/t/WwLgJ0UB55j
Most of your posts do not have a featured image set so you can only see the placeholder image on your homepage.
