Featured picture on Social Media

Hi, when I share one of my article on Facebook or G+ the main picture is not thatone of the post, but another one taken from elsewhere (other posts).

Can you tell me why and how I can solve this problem?

Issue happens because
a) the OG tags are missing from META tag for a featured image
b) featured image not large enough
c) G+ and FB both have recurring problems with capturing images, even with meta data done properly; and sometimes randomly try to grab the largest first image on the page.

Not much you can do about it beyond a) and b).

One thing I tend to do when this occurs, is to force Facebook to retrieve a fresh copy of the article.
I use the Facebook Debugger, which will also reveal any missing tag.
