Just launched the Newspaper theme on NJTechReviews(www.njtechreviews.com). Works great and so far very happy with it, I was wondering if for the homepage under the latest article if that could just be a stream of everything written on the site in the order, so newest first? And then for the grid we have at the top, if I make a post sticky how would I get that to be the first one? And then can review pages show up next to articles in there?

The latest articles already does what you request. It shows a list of the latest articles. latest to oldest with pagination. You can change it;s settings from here: http://screencast.com/t/k9GTkmTXgPM
As for the grids, they do not accept sticky posts as the grid would break f a sticky post would be present. We created them to ignore sticky posts. I;m not sure about the review pages.
