thumbnail_ratio – Change video thumbnails ratio. By default, the ratio is ‘original’
Accepted values (‘original’, ‘widescreen’, ‘square’) This parameter is applied to video/thumbnail_*_url (except thumbnail_url)

should maybe use thumbnail_original_url

I’ve added this to the todo list – we already have a custom field that works with youtube, vimeo, daily motion but it also pulls the thumb automatically. I will make it work with embed codes also.
