Why would some NOT pull the youtube thumb and others pull it correctly?
I have tried every solution you have given on the forums yet certain videos won’t grab image.

Hi,
Provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Also, make sure if you have correctly installed the theme, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
