I am doing that, but not thumb appears in the post.
I’ve had the same issue intermittently – strangely if I use a screenshot from the video (or any image) as a normal featured image on the post – it still shows a ‘play’ icon showing the reader it’s a video post

I have made some tests regarding on video adding to the post pages and all of these seems to work as expected. Ensure that you are using the latest theme version and make sure that you are sure only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files. If the problem is still there, please provide some useful screenshots and your website URL so I can identify it.

I have inspected your website for a while, but I do not see modules without thumbnails. Video posts with featured videos are displayed properly for the ones I can find

Check the theme system status and make modifications to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary

Then check again and see if there still is a problem with the featured video.
