How are you embedding the videos? Pasting the video link in the post content seems to work fine on AMP – https://prnt.sc/oofyn3 – https://prnt.sc/oofyib

Unfortunately, you did misunderstand it. I’m talking about “Featured Video”
(Paste a video link from Youtube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Facebook or Twitter it will be embedded in the post and the thumb used as the featured image of this post.
You need to choose Video Format from above to use Featured Video.)
When pasting social links to this field, the following did not work:

Sorry but your screenshot shows a YouTube video which works as intended. What is not working is:
– Featured Twitter Video on AMP
– Featured Facebook Video -> Thumbnail is not generated as a featured image.

Indeed there is a problem with the Facebook video and twitter video set as featured video on posts, the format of video was change, and the old implementation is not longer working.
I notice those problems on our fix list and we’ll try to fix those as soon as possible.
