we are using wp api to output articles in json to use in mobile app how would we go to output the featured video link in json format.

Hi,
The featured video url is stored in the post meta – http://screencast.com/t/NvrZsWdT1WN
Unfortunately we didn’t do any tests with wp api so i cannot provide a solution on how to add this info to the json output, you have to check their documentation.
