Featured video not working

I am trying to add featured video to post from vimeo (http://vimeo.com/17813336) but it did not show up in Slider on home page and also in place of featured image.

Hello,
I’ve tested your video and for me works fine.
When you paste the video url and create/update the post check if you have featured image like here: http://screencast.com/t/HiVDoooQvP

The big slider is setup to take featured posts, this mean that post should be in Featured category: http://import.tagdiv.com/newspaper/doc/#start

No the featured image is not set when i create or update the post. Does it have any dependency on any plugin etc?

Hello,
it may be a misconfigured server or you are missing the curl library from your hosting account. Also, can you manually update the image?

May be let me check if we have curl configured on sever or not.

Curl is enabled i can see
cURL support enabled
cURL Information 7.22.0

in phpinfo();

allow_url_fopen is disabled i guess this might be issue. Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks its working now updated enabled allow_url_fopen to “On”. I think it will be good if you can add some notice in admin about this configuration.
