If you want do not have the twice image, please try to use another post template wich do not have featured image in content, like Header Style 5.

No this is to show you that the playlist does not work, it is not an image problem.
When I stick my url playlist “features video” it does not show me the video playlist, it show me a simple video.

I am sorry for my wrong understanding. If is not possible what you want and you cannot add the playlist in the feature video field because the playlist will do not be displayed. This feature is only for VIDEO and not for the PLAYLIST VIDEO.
