Featured Videos not showing on my site

Hello,

I have a problem with newsmag video theme (featured video thumbnail is not showing).

I’ve done everything right (just as stated in newsmag documentation) as you can see HERE but featured video is still not working (I am using newsmag video theme).

When I go to a homepage, you can see a result HERE.

Why my video featured thumbnail is not working?

Please, help me.

Hi

I am not sure why this happens but it could be a cache problem. Try to clear all caches, deactivate all others plugins except Visual Composer, just to make sure that there is no conflict with some other plugin, then test again.

Hey,

I tested it out but it’s not working. I clear all caches and deactivate all other plugins except Visual Composer… It is still the same. I need urgent help because the launch day is very close…. You say that I am the first one with this particular problem.
