Thanks for the info! If I compress the file, what will happen?
Compressing http://healthills.com/…/themes/Newsmag/images/icons/newsmag.svg could save 29.3KiB (68% reduction).

We didn’t tested the compression on this file but you can try and see how it works. Note that you will have to add the .svg extension on filesMatch list in .htaccess file: http://screencast.com/t/YDPSIcjrd5ML
