I have created a section in the homepage where i want to show all news related to one specific category, but that section is showing all the news except the last entry that i made with that category. any ideas?

after you click on the filter of that section and select the Locales category, the section show this https://imgur.com/nvLQsPT, which is the correct filtering listing

It looks that you have set on that block an offset 1 so the first post from that category will be skip, please edit it with tagDiv Composer, select the block and in general tab remove the offset -> https://i.imgur.com/Vp5arzW.png
