Hi,
In single post page there’s a next / previous article module at the bottom and it is navigating via article id. Is there any way to filter this module to show only the current authors previous and next articles?

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! You should edit the theme core files and make there the changes like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cfHY2mpd If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide additional customization.
