In my opt-in form created by sendpeppeer.com when you type in the name and email form field everything is fine in chrome and safari. However, in firefox and ie what you type does not show. Called sendpepper.com first. They said the form works perfectly for them so it has to be something with the coding on the theme. Please help. Costing me opt-ins at important time. The site is http://www.peergroupleaders.com . The opt-in is in the widget.

Hi,

Cloud be due to other plugins, I have inspected this and as you noted only happens on Firefox and IE please try to deactivate all plugins leaving active only those theme requires and check if this is still happening.
Please let me know if this solves something for you.

Thanks

Hi Lucian,

I deactivated all plugins that the theme requires and there is no change. If you go to IE the cursor doesn’t even move forward. In firefox it moves forward but you can’t see what’s happening. I spoke with SendPepper again. They have retested everything on their sites. The form works on all browsers. Please help soon. I’ve already gotten two emails of people wanting to opt-in but couldn’t.

Okay, I just deactivated your recommended plugin Animated Gif Resize. Now it works fine. What do I need to do about the plugin?

Hi,

If you don’t use animated gif’s on your site you can permanently disable the plugin, if you need it please contact the form developers and explain the new situation to them.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks for the message!
