I purchased the Fixed TOC plugin:

However, the plugin is not working properly.
The plugin works on pages.
However, the plugin does NOT work on a blog post.
I can confirm that in the settings for Fixed TOC I have checked “post” next to “post type”.
Has anyone come across this problem?
How can I fix it?

Unfortunately, the Fixed TOC plugin has not been tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Did you try to set the shortcode manually in posts? maybe this will work.
