Good morning,
in the comments section the theme automatically saves the flag for subscribing to the newsletter. I can not remove the flag because I believe it is no longer allowed by the rules on the private (GDPR). Is it a function of the theme to put or remove the flag? Thanks for the attention.

I don’t quite know what flag you are referring to in the comments or newsletter element. The theme does not collect any user data and is GDPR compliant. If you could specify some more details about what theme setting or function you are referring to it would be helpful.

I mean the function to automatically flag the “subscribe to the newsletter” box: which you can see on any page of the http://www.blogosocial.com site. I don’t know if that flag is allowed by the new legislation that provides for an express consent. Thank you.

I see the form you use in the sidebar, seems to be a Mailchimp form. Maybe check the Mailchimp GDPR guide

The theme will not collect any user data, you will have to check what each plugin collects and check their documentation.
