Flex bloc text and picture different

Hi,

I’m encountering random errors whenever I view the site, the flex bloc text and the picture it shows is different. How can I fix this? It happens on my home page and articles link. For example in the related articles https://suroy.ph/tuburan-360-resto-cebu/ It happens mostly on safari and chrome using mobile devices. I tried activating, deactivating cache already.

Hello @patrickschua !

Please check how it looks like in the tagdiv composer. If it looks correct there, then please deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
If the problem is still there, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you

Thank you!

Hi Bettina,

Thank you for your reply. It looks ok in the tagdiv composer. I do not have any plugins installed except for yoast, wp-rocket and cloudflare. If I deactivate the cache plugin, it will slow down my site. Any workaround here? I’m getting crazy trying to fix it. Thank you so much for your help.

Hello @patrickschua !

Did you check the settings of that flex block 1 from your mobile viewport? There should be a bottom margin for the module. Do you have there https://app.screencast.com/UuBC1BMeRDE3d any value?

Thank you!

Hi Bettina,

Yes there is so far. It also happens in the desktop version.

By the way, I separated my mobile template as seen in the screenshot. I have emailed my username and password for you to check. Thank you for your kind assistance regarding this.
