Did you made a code to select the category to set in the title? Normally, you set the title here https://i.imgur.com/4WWj9v6.png, it does not automatically take it according to the category.

There is no change in the custom title.
Even when i add a new fresh flex block, is chsoosing wrong category title:

If a post has only one primary category and no other category selected while you edit the post with Gutenberg, then it shouldn’t display if you filter another category.
