Hi,

my Flex Block on the homepage is alway sorting via “Modified Date”, even when “-Latest-” ist chosen.
What can be the problem?

Sorting via -Latest-
Sorting via Modified Date

Holger

Are the settings that you have saved?

Thank you!

Hello Anamaria,

thank you for your fast response.
Im terribly sorry but just don’t know what you exactly mean by “Are the settings that you have saved?”

Kind Regards
Holger

Hi,

If you make other changes on the website, are the changes saved when you click the save button?

Thank you!

Yes, changes are saved reliably.

Hi,

Yes, this is strange. If you try to add other elements, then work?
We can take a look. Please get in touch with us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following wp-admin URL and credentials.

Thank you!

I tried this with another page, added a FlexBlock 1 and then indeed the ordering does work BUT despite the Option “Show modified date” ist activated or not always the modified date is shown and never just the published date that I need.
Another strange thing: “Enable time ago” and “Time ago add. text” works even when “Show modified date” isn’t activated.

Hi,

So the problem is the date that is displayed on the blocks?

Thank you!

Post count: 14

Yes, Anamaria, that’s right. Ive deaktivated the display of the date for now as it's not that important and in the single post, where it's important, its correct.

Hi,

Ok. I’m glad that you solved it.
