Flex Loop Builder with Module and pagination resets date format to English

Hi,

I am using Flex Loop Builder with Module template. Module has a date box where the abrevation of month is properly formatted in local language. However, when I have pagination on and use < or > pagination arrows, the date format resets back to English abbreviations after pagination is clicked.

This happens with the other Flex Blocks also, when pagination is set to Next Prev Ajax.

However, we are talking about setting the locale for the PHP date functions, like in this SO discussion:

It seems the locale is correctly set upon first load of any block that uses pagination. After using the pagination once, all the remaining renderings are reverted back to default locale in English.
