Hello,
I am using the Flex Loop Filters on a page that shows all posts belonging to one of my custom taxonomies.
I have ticked the “hide empty terms”, but it still shows all available terms.
Doesn´t it work with custom taxonomy?

Do you have posts assigned under the terms? Can you please provide some screenshots of your settings?
