Floating menu not working and menu with submenus not showing

Hello,

I have a problem with the display of the menu when I am in development mode. It does not show the elements that hang from each tab and only those that do not have submenus work.

Also, floating elements like the menu and blocks (both sticky) don’t show up with the TagDiv visual composer when they always have. I have not changed anything, it was from your last update.

Both things, I repeat in the development version and not the frontend where they do work if I am not connected to WordPress, they are detrimental when working.

I hope your help, please don’t say the same old thing (we’ll talk to our developers), as this is not correct if you can’t tell me what’s wrong, I need you to go and fix it.
