Hi,
You need to go on themeforest, login with your credentials, and download the theme with all files and documentation; after that unzip the theme and look in changed_files_9.7.2_9.7.3.html -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ZeDXDwBnr3
Thank you!

Hi,
I’m very upset.
After being unresponsive for weeks, I decided to insist that I had an answer that the problem was solved for me to check the site.
To my astonishment I noticed that I lost several site settings, namely widgets, etc., ie your support made the auto update and not manual, which is where there is this problem and I only do manual updates in order to avoid loss of settings and other problems.
So, I hope that this does not happen again and you solve the problem that has already been flagged by several people, I restored the site through backup.
Thanks

Hi nitrofox,
We are sorry for the problems you had!
Yes, our theme has an option for auto update, but this need to be launched manually, you need to click on it in order to update the theme, the theme it’s self will not update, only if you have some settings on WordPress/host that are checking for update and you have enable there the auto update option. -> https://i.imgur.com/Zc2Z1h6.png

Hi Calin,
I don’t get it, anyway, I’m not the only one with the same problem.

Hi,
So, the problem that is bothering you is, that when you make a manually theme update and you have the last theme version the theme is still displaying that there are theme updates? that is just a notification will not affect the theme. Also our developers are informed by this and there will be add some new conditions for theme version checker when the theme is update manually.
But there should be no other problems, to be sure we recommended to perform the theme update in a staging or sub-domain, also it will be best to make the update with all theme disabled, there are some plugins that can interfere.
Thank you!
