can you please tell me how to change the font ,style and size of the title of a specific block only.
Suppose i want to change the font of the title of block 7 to Verdana.
and style of the tittle of block 1 to italic
or size of the title of block 1 to 18px.
without having any change on the title of other blocks.

You can only target specific module types in our theme, not just a particular block. You can change the font family or size from the fonts section for every module: http://screencast.com/t/qfqdn3zIKn

If you want to target just a particular block, you will require a bit of css skills to add a custom css class to the row containing the block and targeting the block using that class to assign a font to the block title. You will have to load the font with css if you do not use the theme panel though. This is done using @font-face http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_font-face_rule.asp

Hi,
The line cannot be removed by itself. There is no setting to separate the line from the header so if you only want the line removed(color changed) you can use this css code:
.block-title {
border-color: white!important;
}
This code will apply to ALL block titles. If you want to target particular ones you have to adapt the code for each one.
