I’m working on a magazine site, and I need to offer the readers an option to increase font + / – by a switch. There are plugins, but I’ve not found any that work on NewsMag.
How can I add this feature to my site?

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this and also, we do not have any recommended plugin in this case, sorry!
