On that page are set two different fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/vXWCEj2.png -> https://i.imgur.com/rte0F5M.png you’ll need to check the fonts from search, if this is a cloud template for search then you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer, click on the elements with the different stile and change the front from style tab -> https://i.imgur.com/jrl8t48.png

Sorry, something is going wrong still. At https://imgur.com/a/Nznm8rv you’ll see the same issue for the 404 page, where the font is set at Open Sans, but displayed as Times New Roman. Am I doing something wrong?

Please make a quick test, deactivate all plugins except tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, clear all cache and check again to see if is display the right font.
If there is still a problem, please make a full backup and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
