I have written in lowercase “güzellik” word (Turkish) some uppercase characters not transforming in the main menu is Turkish.
For example, the “i”
In Turkish, “güzellik” well capitalized the word “GÜZELLİK” should be written in the form of “GÜZELLIK” as written.

I don not think this is a theme problem but rather a font problem. Please try to use fonts that support Turkish language as exemplified here: http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/list/language/turkish and make sure you enable support from here for google fonts: http://screencast.com/t/WgSho0gJ9Iu

None of the fonts in your font list does not appear on the font list Turkish compatible mate. Adding custom fonts in the section “font link” part I understand, unfortunately.
