Is there any built-in option to allow my website visitor to increase or decrease the font size in an article? If not; could you advise a plugin which works compatible with NewsMag theme. I have tried several plugins but some of them only effected to header fonts, some of the just didn’t work.

With a theme setting that is not possible, but there could be more font resizing plugins you could install and make tests with. We have not tried such plugins, keep searching, maybe you will find one that works as needed. Try some of these maybe
