Our target is to keep the font size uniform irrespective of device (macbooks and windows show differently). HOw can we achieve that ?

Hello,
The font size could be the same but just the browser interpreting them differently on a macbook or pc. Our theme uses the screen size to adjust fonts . A macbook and pc have the same screensize (above 1141px) http://screencast.com/t/L5ZEi4eXcN
There are no different fonts for specific devices. Just for devices above 1141 pixels or below that value.
