We are using sitewide Google Fonts – Roboto. It does look well on our computers but not on others’ browsers.

What is the issue?

Please check on incognito mode, also if you are using some cache plugin, make sure that you clear all cache.
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link where I can check the Google Fonts – Roboto.

It is displayed correctly only on my computer. Our other computers in the office displays it wrong.

Is look that the font family Roboto can not be load and is loading another form from the broswer -> https://i.imgur.com/P3hA2Ak.png
Make sure that the google fonts from theme panel are enable -> https://i.imgur.com/Q0AGEGO.png and you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you for your help, silly of me, I did not enabled the google fonts in theme panel..Now the issue is fixed
But strangely, before enabling the google fonts, I still can see the roboto loaded even in the incognito mode. Why is that? How our results can be different?

This can depend on the settings that you have on your browser, maybe there are other factors too, but this is in the most cases.
