Fonts not working on Chrome (Windows)

Hey I got a problem when I was designing a page using Newspaper theme. My website contains both English and Chinese, for example sometimes I need this “Website网站”.
I have tried all the fonts selected from Title text font setting via Tagdiv composer, but none of them is working for the Chinese part on Windows using Chrome. Other browsers and system is fine, for example Firefox on Windows, Chrome on MAC. Chrome on windows is the newest version, css {font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif !important;} looks fine.

Please let me know how to fix this issue, thanks. You can find the differences from the link. (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1cP62_AhkI1hJz7dwD3eEAxS_xyJi7r_f?usp=sharing)

Hi,

Not all fonts support both Chinese and Latin characters. I searched for a a while there because there could be such fonts, I can’t seem to find any however.

Maybe try and find a font that supports both alphabets. Then upload it in the theme panel and use it

Thanks

But the font does work on Mac using Chrome, only not working on Windows using Chrome, you know what is the reason?

Thanks

The theme has a selection of fonts in the theme panel, if none of those are suited for the task, the only way is to upload the fonts you want as mentioned in the guide, and use them.

It all depends on the fonts you use. If you have previously used a font that supports both English and Chinese use the same one again. Download it and upload it in the theme panel.
