Fonts set in Theme Panel are ignored.

I’ve set heading fonts in the Theme Panel>theme fonts>pages, but they are being ignored. Any h2, h3, h4 etc entered in a column text element is using Roboto instead of the fonts set in the theme panel.
We are not using Roboto anywhere.
We have disabled “Load theme fonts” in the theme panel.

I could override this using css and !important, but shouldn’t this work using the theme panel settings.?

Hello,

If you installed a Pro Prebuilt Website the changes from the Theme Panel for fonts will not apply, to change the font on block/post you can edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://prnt.sc/10grx77, select the block/post and in Style, you can change the font => https://www.screencast.com/t/sUE7ug4UIAR5
This is a video about how to change the fonts => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbkYVyj1__Q

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

I am having the same trouble, and some of the screencasts you posted above are no longer available. My questions are: How can I tell if a Pro Prebuilt Website has been installed? If one is installed, how can I modify it?
I understand how to use tagDiv Composer to modify fonts on my home page, but I don’t know how to make global changes to my posts. I thought using the Theme Panel would accomplish that, but the changes I make there are not taking effect.
My website is https://thelansingjournal.com
Thank you for your help!

Hello!

When you use a cloud/PRO template, then you can easily change the font for every element and see the font you use in Website Manager. Also, you can upload a custom font. For more information about those possibilities, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/

Thank you!
