How do I get options for the recipes (to enter Ingredients, Directions, Prep time, …) like in this theme:

I cannot find any options for this or where to enter specific ingredients.

Of you want the style to appear, you will need to have the recipes demo installed as it provides the needed css for the layout.
Then, use this template as a base for your posts:
Paste the code in text mode and edit it to your own recipes.
