Footer 1-2 aligning vertically?

Hello,

Blocks in our footer 1 & 2 were arranged like this:

…whereas suddenly they’ve become like this:

Footers after

How can we correct that?

Hi,

Did you updated the theme from an older version than 3.7? What theme version and Visual Composer version do you use?
Please provide more details about this and when this issue appeared.

Hello,

We updated from 4.6.1 but this issue began beforehand. Now our version is 4.6.3. We thought the update would solve it but didn’t.

We weren’t using Visual Composer before and everything was okay. Then, we needed to add a custom ad, and installed Visual Composer (4.4.4) for that reason. I guess this problem started right afterwards.

Now even if we enable Visual Composer, blocks don’t align correctly.

Hi,

You have all this anchor tags linking to your homepage added in each grid container into html structure which breaks the layout and causes this: http://screencast.com/t/bKH6UeGwax
As you can see from the screens removing those tags fixes this: http://screencast.com/t/yxpmX8hU – http://screencast.com/t/o9pWAohpD so make sure that you remove any code responsible for that and also test this without using any plugins and make sure you also empty all caches.
