Footer background image Newspaper Theme

I can’t find anywhere the option to replace the background image in the footer of the theme. Please help.

for clarity, this is what I am refering to. https://imgur.com/GS0DwNZ. I want to replace this image in the background but I wont change if I upload another image as you can see on the left side in the editor.

I had to search for it also.

use TagDiv composer in the front-end to select the footer.
In the left column click on the tab CSS
There you will find the background image.
