Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

This issue came from the settings you’ve made to the speedbooster plugin. Some line from that plugin breaks the way standard pack plugin loads. You will have to see which settings you’ve changed in the booster plugin and remove it.

you did that, when i told you that speed booster plugin is not activated…
you activated the plugin…
