Hi,
For this you need to edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer, you need to do it like this:
-> https://i.imgur.com/ADxJXNH.jpg -> after that go in footer section, select the row from footer and check the css tab -> https://i.imgur.com/AIiy9zp.png
