Seems you use mobile theme; and you can’t edit the mobile theme with tagdiv Composer.
Also, the footer you can customize from Theme Panel-> Mobile Theme -> footer => https://i.imgur.com/7ABDfSe.png
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.

As you suggested disabling the mobile theme, I tried but it is showing like this https://prnt.sc/8XN2UsBeAhen so I enabled the Mobile Theme, and still, I am not able to set the mobile footer from my end. Desktop Footer: https://prnt.sc/uoLTWwTd0aNi and Mobile Footer: https://prnt.sc/qlmEpzOOdOWF.
It will be very helpful if you could try this from your end. Kindly help me to fix this issue ASAP.

As I said, for the mobile theme you can customize it from Theme Panel-> Mobile Theme -> footer => https://i.imgur.com/7ABDfSe.png You can’t edit it with tagDiv Composer.
I think that you have there also, a mobile page, and for this you need to convert the header/footer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd please check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY and disable the mobile theme.

Since I have disabled the mobile theme plugin as directed by you the website is not showing the header section and content. Please it is requested to involve your development team to solve this problem immediately.

I have checked now but the home page is showing the footer section only both on Mobile https://prnt.sc/InOb8FsiJI9u and Desktop https://prnt.sc/fc4nJKgjXoJ6 and the other pages on the website are showing content along with the footer section.
