Hi,
In the footer is a link to CONTACT page. But when clicked on it does not go to contact page.
Where is the info on how to edit the footer links?

You need to first create a contact page (obviously) if you want links to go to a contact page.
Normally you edit your footer elements by editing the menu assigned to the footer from appearance > menus.
See the theme docs (right side of page) for more info. 🙂
