Hello, I can’t find how to modify the 2 right columns of the footer.
It’s not in widget, it’s not in theme options, nor on page.
The documentation does not talk about that, it explains how to create the footer but I just want to know where these two columns are configured.
It is horribly complex!

There is a misunderstanding.
The Newsmag theme does not have the tagDiv Cloud Library. The Newsmag theme is a simple theme that uses the tagDiv Composer for pages only. And all the templates can be edited only with the theme panel settings.
Now about the footer section. The correct footer template that you have is a pre-build footer and it is made in code. The Newsmag footer templates can be founded in the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/OB9YWFe.png and each style has a different icon. The style footer that does not have empty columns has the elements pre-set in the code of that footer style. Therefore, if you like style 1 but you want to change the settings in column 2 and try just using style 2 and from Appearance > Widget section set in footers 2 and 3 the elements you’ll like to have.
