Footer options not appearing in the theme panel … why?

Can someone please help me with this issue? The customization options for footer content are no longer available inside of the theme panel admin console.

Hello,

Please make sure you have set the footer template to global -> https://i.imgur.com/WaNMqny.png
if you a Pro Prebuilt Website you can edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/UeBGkaYuundl, go to the footer and select the element you want to edit => https://www.screencast.com/t/3vhZ5v4k or
If you have a Standard Prebuilt Website you can edit the footer in Theme Panel -> Footer -> Footer info content => https://www.screencast.com/t/1mUchAid or in sub footer settings => https://www.screencast.com/t/Rrn6KKxt please make sure you have the tagdiv standard pack activate.
