Footer Photo Has dissapeared

The Logo that I use for my footer has seemed to disappear. After deleting and re-uploading the photo, I cannot seem to get it back. What may be the reasons for this?

I use the same footer on every page.

Are you sure a logo has been uploaded here? – http://prntscr.com/my5n5e Should appear if a logo is set there. Please check and let me know.
