Hi,
When I create a page, The footer section has a gap or blank row below it when viewing on large screens such as a 23″ monitor. How can I manage this so footer is always attached to bottom of the screen.

On bigger screens there is space below the footer. It works fine on standard laptop screens and mobile.

If you are using a plugin for the Under Construction section, Please make sure that this is not a plugin conflict. Disable all non theme related plugins and clear your cache. Hi,
I’m not using any plugin for Under Construction section. Its just a normal page with a “Hero” Element re titled as under construction.
