How to add these pages at the extreme bottom of footer without appearing at the Main Menu. Trying to do this all day but could find any answer for newspaper 7.

You can create a new menu in wordpress and name it for example my-footer-menu, add in it the desired pages then set it to be displayed in sub-footer from theme panel > sub-footer settings: http://screencast.com/t/fgBNZrg0E

The example you showed simply uses the footer menu option.
