Footer separation lines

Hi !

I choose the footer with 3 columns but the separation line between each of them don’t appear.

I tryed those CSS codes I found in the forum but nothing happens. ( I purged my cache)

.td-footer-bottom-full .td-container:before{
background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.21)!important;
}

.td-footer-wrapper .td_block_wrap {
border-right: 3px solid red;
padding-right: 10px;
}

Oh and I have a few other difficulties

– How do I change the size and color of the footer font ?

The one of the left is a personalized menu. The other one at the very right is a text widget.

I’d also like the sign up form to be less large.

And the button to be grey and not black.
