Look, I’m having a little problem. I’m using the Restro layout with the Newspaper theme. I got the same footer you have there and I’m modifying it. It was ok but, as soon as I changed the background picture, the image resolution became terrible. And I’m using a high resolution image. I even tried to put back the original picture, but the resolution remained bad. Are you familiar with this issue? Can you please give me directions on how to procede? When you click on “upload” to select the image you want to set as the footer background, check the right bottom corner of the media library for this section http://prntscr.com/lztay5 and make sure in the “size” dropdown you have selected “full size”. See if that will solve your problem.
