For registered users I want to hide top (black)admin bar,
is there any way ? I want to restrict them to go to back end pages …

Hi,
The users have access according to their user roles, in the backend. If you want to hide the admin bar for some user roles you could try a plugin that has that capability. That way you can hide the bar for the users you want while having it available only for admin level role. The theme has no option to hide the admin bar for users.
