format text button does not show up in adding posts

When i goto add post, and add text there is no format text button as shown in video tutorial. Do I need to install something for that?

Hello nwtnews,

First of all, please ensure that your Toolbar Toggle button is active, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/GXtYvNoS Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to clear all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.
